TRAINING

We provide comprehensive, accurate, and thorough

end-user training.

· This includes training on:

٠ Operation

٠ Maintenance

٠ Disk backup

٠ Some troubleshooting

· The training will include both classroom and “hands-on” training

We generally utilize a Train-the-Trainer program.

· We will provide complete training on the Larimore application software to:

٠ The Department System Administrator

٠ Designated key personnel for each application (identified

   during contract negotiations)

· Those trained then establish and administer training programs for all other

   department personnel involved in each application

· The System Administrator will receive on-going training throughout the entire

   implementation of the system

This approach has many benefits.

· Decreases the training cost to the department

· Insures that several persons are trained thoroughly on every aspect of a system
