Larimore Associates is proud to provide high quality maintenance service to our customers.     

· Larimore Associates provides a Software Warranty for ninety (90) days

   from the operational acceptance of the software application

· After the warranty period has ended, the department may choose to enter

   into a Software Maintenance contract with Larimore Associates for the support

   and maintenance of the software

· We offer:

٠ 24x7 maintenance coverage

٠ Business Day 8x5 maintenance coverage

· Agencies are allowed to select maintenance coverage by application

· The Maintenance Agreements go into effect after the ninety (90) day warranty

   expires

· In the first year of maintenance, Larimore Associates can pro-rate

   maintenance to fit the department’s fiscal year cycle as applicable
