Scheduling

The Larimore Scheduling System sets the standard for flexibility with its ability to accommodate both rotation- and cycle-based schedules or build an entirely unique template from scratch. The system can build schedules for a single individual or an entire group - even on a year’s basis - and schedules may be built by rank, division, or shift. Changes to an individual’s schedule may be made daily or made in advance, accommodating up to twelve different work statuses between the primary day record and split day record.

The Scheduling System’s management reports give administrators all the tools they need to avoid manpower shortages and track schedule balances, and to accurately track overtime to ensure its equitable distribution. Integration with the Personnel System allows scheduling balances to be automatically updated whenever a schedule changes.
