Incident/Accident Reporting

The Incident System is the core element in Larimore’s robust Records Management Systems, featuring intuitive data entry and a full suite of standard management reports, including ad hoc reports.  Based on two Master Databases - Master Name and Master Vehicle - Larimore's Incident System provides college/university campus police departments with access to previously stored information in order to facilitate complete report writing and it can also be integrated with our Photo Imaging software.

The search function provides the capability to search for elements within reports,

such as name, location, or property item. Other features include: intuitive,

error-reducing entry, automatic updates of Master Name/Vehicle databases,

full spell-check functionality, and a highly configurable security system.  The

Incident System contains an electronic approvals process that tracks entry,

editing, deletion, and printing of reports throughout the entire process. ...
