LETTER FROM THE CEO
Dear Customers,

When I
meet new people and tell them about this company, the first thing they ask is,
“What kind of company is it?” Well, if they asked one of our customers that
question, the customer would probably say that Larimore is a software company.
But I don’t
think I’d answer that question exactly the same way a customer might. I’d say
that Larimore is a service company. Yes, we’re a service company that creates
some of the most innovative, high-quality software in the public-safety market,
but I believe we are primarily a service company.
Think
about that for a moment and you’ll see what I mean. Software without the right
service and support isn’t much of a product, is it? When you have a question
about your software, or need a report altered to fit your department’s
procedures, and you can’t even get a call back from your vendor, then your
software isn’t doing you much good.
That’s
why at Larimore, we have always put a focus on service. A big part of that
commitment lies in our ability to customize our software to fit the needs of our
customers. And that’s not a job that ends once the software is installed. We
continue to provide industry-leading levels of support long after the ink has
dried on the original contract.
Just
ask the customers who have been with us for fifteen or twenty years. They’ll
tell you that you simply can’t get that level of service anywhere else in the
public-service software industry.
Quality. Service. Innovation.
Those are the hallmarks of any good company, and they are
the foundation of everything we do here.
If
you’re already a customer, you already know what I’m talking about. If you’re
not, then I certainly hope you will give us the opportunity to show you how a
commitment to service can make all the difference.
